➢ Full Camera Inspection and Hydro-flushing of sewer and is located with marking flags.
➢ Hydro-flushing of all drains in the house ensuring no drain back-ups after you’ve moved in.
➢ Each Toilet is removed and the toilet flange is inspected for damage, then re-installed with a
new base seal, fastening bolts, new supply line, fill valve, flapper and a new Slow-Close Seat.
➢ Each faucet is checked to ensure it is securely fastened, supply lines are in good condition and
is not leaking.
➢ Every sink and connected drain pipe-work inspected for damage and leaks.
➢ Check all showers and tub/showers to ensure proper operation and check walls and shower
doors for signs of leaks/failures.
➢ Check all exposed waterlines and drains for proper installation and are in good condition.
➢ Check sump pump installation and ensure proper operation. Ensure check valve is working and
discharge line is securely fastened.
➢ Check Back-Up Sump Pump Systems to ensure proper operation.
➢ Check Sewage Pump Systems to ensure proper operation.
➢ Check Water Heater and Water Heater Mixing Valve to ensure proper settings.
➢ Install new Braided Supply Lines for Washing Machine.
➢ New Braided Supply Line for the Dishwasher and Fridge.
➢ Check operation of Water Softener and UV Systems and change water filters.
➢ Perform water sample test.
➢ Full written report on the heath of the plumbing system, water sample results and notification
of immediate issues and areas of concern if applicable.
➢ Scheduled to be performed when house is empty.
