- Inspection of sink drains for leaks.
- Inspection of faucet supply lines for leaks.
- Inspection of faucets for leaks and drips.
- Check pop-up drain assemblies for function and operation.
- Check operation and function of sump pump and check valve.
- Check operation and function of sewage pump and check valve.
- Check operation and function of back-up systems.
- Check operation and function of main shut-off valve.
- Annual sewer camera inspection.
