- Main water supply filter change.
- Inspection of toilet (Fill valve and flapper check, visual inspection of shut off and supply line, check tank to bowl
gasket, ensure toilet is securely fastened along with toilet seat, visual inspection of base for signs of leaking).
- Inspection of sink drains for leaks.
- Inspection of faucet supply lines for leaks.
- Inspection of faucets for leaks and drips.
- Check pop-up drain assemblies for function and operation.
- Check operation and function of sump pump and check valve.
- Check operation and function of sewage pump and check valve.
- Check operation and function of back-up systems.
- Check operation and function of main shut-off valve.
- Annual sewer camera inspection.
